We accept short terms rental, weekly or monthly, prices to be agreed.

Interesting prices depending on duration, period and number of guests.

At check-in, will charge € 200, it is asked in the event obligations are not met during the lease a refundable, security deposit of € 200.

Tourist Tax per person per night for max 3 night stay For further info please  view Lucca’s Local Council website. Children under 14 years old do not pay.

Cancellation Policy
As a warranty of the reservation a deposit of the 30% is requested. No charge for cancellations 30 days prior check in date, over deposit will be kept.

Check in
Being 2 apartments, there is no reception service available at all hours of the day, clients are requested to communicate by telephone 0039 335 6896338 to the owner their estimated time of arrival or any eventual delay otherwise it can cause long waitings.
This problem can not be a reason for complaints or claims for reimbursement.
